FAQs

  • Once you submit your inquiry, you will receive a digital proof of your design within 48 hours. After you approve the design and pay the invoice, our standard creation window is 14 days. Please note that bulk orders may require additional time.

  • Yes! International shipping will be calculated in the invoice and may be subject to customs fees.

  • Absolutely! We love collaborating. You can paste a link to your Pinterest board or a specific inspiration image in the "Inspiration Link" section of the order form. We will use it as a guide to create something uniquely yours.

  • After we finalize your digital proof and receive your "thumbs up," we will email you a secure invoice. Production begins as soon as the invoice is paid.

  • Once a design is approved and the invoice is paid, it enters the production queue immediately. Because of this, I cannot guarantee changes after that point. Please double-check all spelling and color choices during the proofing stage!

  • For Beaded Accessories, we recommend a gentle wipe with a damp cloth if needed. For Custom Apparel, please wash inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle and hang to dry (or tumble dry on low) to keep the design looking fresh!

  • We love being part of your surprises! If this is a gift, let us know in the "Notes" section of the form. We can exclude the price from the packing slip and include a small handwritten note for you.
