Welcome to Beads of Hope STUDIO LLC. By accessing our website (www.beadsofhopestudio.com) and participating in our sales, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and "hope-filled" experience!
Custom Orders & Design
Because our pens, accessories, and apparel are handcrafted and often personalized, the following rules apply:
Final Sale: Because each item is handcrafted or personalized specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for 'change of heart.' However, if there is a quality issue or a mistake on our part, we will make it right immediately!
Turnaround Time: Our standard creation window is 14 business days from the date of payment. This does not include shipping time.
Design & Approval Process: After you submit your custom order form, I will email a digital proof for your review within 48 hours. Please review this carefully. Once we receive your formal approval, we will issue an invoice for your order. Production will begin only after the invoice has been paid in full.
Live Sale Rules
Our Live Sales are high-energy and fast-paced! To keep things fair for everyone:
Claims: By commenting the instructed number or "Claim" during a Live, you are entering a binding agreement to purchase that item.
Payment Window: Invoices must be paid within one (1) hour of the Live ending.
Forfeiture: If an invoice remains unpaid after the one-hour window, the item(s) will be released back into the Beads of Hope STUDIO inventory and may be offered to the next person in line.
Shipping & Delivery
Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is scanned by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Beads of Hope STUDIO LLC is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address when filling out the custom order form. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Shipping Fees: Live claims and customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Damaged Items
While we don't offer returns for "change of heart" on custom items, we want you to love your purchase!
Damages: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact me at kristinamagdalena@beadsofhopestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Exchanges: We handle exchanges for damaged goods on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive the quality "magic" you expected.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Beads of Hope STUDIO LLC. Please do not use our images or designs without express written permission.
